AHCC

AHCC is a monosaccharide from the mycel of the shiitake mushroom. In tests at several universities (Hokkaido University, Kyronin University, or Teikyo University) it was proved that it can contribute to an increase of the immune system, particularly cytokines like TNF, IFN, IL-1, or IL2 or IL12 responded well.
